Christmas is around the corner, and that means it’s time to start shopping for gifts. Finding the perfect present for your bestie, sister, mom, niece, co-worker, etc. can be difficult. Forget about figuring out clothing size, finding a parking spot, or fighting through crazy holiday crowds, because you can do this all from the comfort of wherever you have wifi.
After searching the internet high and low for fantastic and affordable gifts, I have found 16 wonderful gifts under $60 dollars. Because I think the best gifts are ones that can used all the time, most of these items are not what you might think of as “Christmas-y.” Disclaimer: At the time I researched these items they were under $60, and I will try to update you if anything changes. 1. Swell x Lilly Pulitzer Water Bottle– I own one of the Lilly Pulitzer x Starbucks Swell water bottles, and I love using it all the time. Not only are these bottles adorable, they stay cold for 24 hours.
2. Chanel Lipstick-If you have a friend who loves long-wear lipstick, this is the perfect gift! After 8 hours of wear and a scrub with a clarisonic, the color was still there! The two sided lipstick comes with a matte color and a gloss.
3. Kate Spade Studs– These studs are perfect for work and play. They add just a hint of sparkle without being over the top.
4. Alex and Ani Bangle– Pineapples are a symbol of hospitality and friendship, making this the perfect gift for the hostess with the mostest.
5. Rose Quartz Roller– My mom gave me a jade roller from skin gym a few months ago, and I love using it every night. The place where she purchased it suggested rose quartz for anti-aging and jade for uneven skin tone and acne. It helps me with tmj pain, and after putting it in the freezer for 15 minutes it feels even better.
6. Josie Maran Face Mask– If I have a bit of “troubled” skin I put this face mask on and in the time it takes me to watch an episode of Friends my skin looks so much better.
7. Mark and Graham Monogrammed Scarf-Perfect for that one friend who loves monograms. Baby it’s cold outside.
8. Dry Bar Prep and Prime-This is a really thoughtful gift for your friend who always styles her hair. She will love you forever, because you’re the friend who saved her hair from over styling with a heat protectant and detangler in one.
9. Invisibobble Power-Hair ties that leave dents in your hair are so last year! These doodads are the best things I have ever used. They don’t get tangled up in your hair when you take them out. I prefer the power invisibobbles, because I have fairly thick hair. You or your friend won’t have to worry about your Ariana Grande-esque ponytail sliding down.
10. Kendra Scott Elisa Pendant-I love my Kendra Scott necklace, and wear mine at least once a week. The fun and professional look is perfect for an everyday look. Not all of the stones will be under $60, just a heads up.
11. Diptyque Paris Candle-This is the candle you see all over Pinterest, or at least I do. The link takes you to one of their bestselling scents Figuier, but if fruity isn’t your thing there is also floral, herbal, woody, and spicy scents to choose from.
12. Holly Golightly Eye Mask-Get your beauty rest Audrey Hepburn style! Perfect for your friend who loves old movies or just being glamorous. This mask is slightly different than the one Reese Witherspoon’s wears on Big Little Lies.
13. Whiskey in a Teacup-This is the perfect gift for any Southern Belle or Reese Witherspoon fan (the two categories often overlap.) I have spent many hours at her Draper James store in Nashville, and this is a wonderful read.
14. Chrissy Teigen’s Cravings– The queen of twitter, Chrissy Teigen, has two wonderful cookbooks, and your friend who can actually cook will now owe you a fabulous meal, fun fact I have taken a picture with her husband.
15.Sophie and Lili Mug-Jennifer Valdez is the illustrator of this adorable mug. She is an extremely talented artist, and there’s even a mug on her website for those of us who love RBG!
16. Piper and Leaf tea bags– If you give your friend a mug, you should give them something to put into it! Piper and Leaf tea is a wonderful tea company based here in Huntsville, Alabama. I added a link to my favorite blend Orchard Peach, a mix of fruity and floral flavors.
