Lilly Pulitzer, Jackie O, Christian Dior, Kate Spade, Kate Middleton, Meghan Markle, and Reese Witherspoon.
How tall are you and what size do you wear?
I am 5’2” and depending on brands I range from a 10 to a 14, but in most cases a 12. My shoe size is either an 8 or 8.5 depending on the shoe.
Are you in school?
Nope! I decided that between health problems and wanting to travel I should take some time off. I’m not quite sure what I want to major in, but it’s going to be art, business, or marketing. There are just so many options out there! I also want to have my service dog before I leave home. (I’m currently in the process of getting one.)
What health problems do you have?
I have Ehler Danlos Syndrome-Hypermobility Type, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, chronic headaches and narcolepsy.
How did you come up with East Coast Elaine?
It took me years to come up with the name. I first wanted to call my blog the Bubbly Brunette, the Preppy Pineapple, and Patricia Elaine Atelier. I had to start somewhere.
How did you get started blogging?
I actually started my first blog in 8th grade, and it was all about Charles Darwin’s voyage on the H.M.S. Beagle. I researched different stops, what the places are like now, and tied it in with the book The Evolution of Calpurnia Tate by Jacqueline Kelly.
Who takes your photos?
I’m lucky that my mom helps me out with most of my pictures. I have a few that were professionally taken by Christy Hunter @authenticphotosanddesigns, she’s absolutely wonderful and is based in Nashville. I also use stock photos for somethings, because I’m just starting out and I don’t own a real camera.
What are your dogs names and what types are they?
My
